UPDATE: TILA Compensation Rule Stay Dissolved On April 5, 2011.  The U.S. Court of Appeals ordered that the stay on the TILA Compensation Rule be dissolved. Loan applications received by East Coast Mortgage Corp. on or after April 6, 2011 will be subject to the rule.
