Mortgage bond prices opened slightly higher Wednesday morning erasing some of the losses seen Tuesday afternoon. The only event on tap today is Ben Bernanke’s testimony to Congress this afternoon. He will speak from a script and is very good at avoiding inflammatory answers during the QnA. His testimony begins at 2:00 pm ET.
